Resident Doctor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our hospitals commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care and consultation to patients.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor patient treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care when required.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest medical practices and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS degree with a valid medical license/registration.
• Prior clinical experience (hospital or multi-speciality setup preferred).
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle emergencies calmly.
