Job Title: Mobile App Developer (React Native – CLI & Expo)

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mobile App Developer experienced in React Native (CLI and Expo) for developing high-quality Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and delivering user-friendly, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (CLI and Expo).
  • Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
  • Work with native modules and platform-specific features for Android and iOS.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.
  • Debug and resolve performance, compatibility, and build issues for Android and iOS.
  • Utilize tools such as Redux, Context API, or Recoil for state management.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation across multiple devices and OS versions.
  • Deploy and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Work collaboratively with backend and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of updates and new features.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, or a related eld.
  • 1–2 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native (CLI and Expo).
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and React fundamentals.
  • Experience with Android Studio and XCode for building and testing mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with mobile build tools, Gradle, and Cocoa Pods.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, or GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of app lifecycle management and state management techniques.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with TypeScript and Expo SDK features such as OTA updates and push notifications.
  • Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and profiling tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment (e.g., Fastlane, EAS).
  • Understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Firebase) for backend integration and notifications.
  • Experience with App Store and Play Store submission processes.

Experience Level

1–2 years of hands-on experience in React Native mobile app development.

Languages

Tamil and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
