Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate will support accounting operations, assist with statutory compliance, and work closely with senior accountants and auditors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of accounting and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Track client/vendor invoices and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Monthly and Year-End Closings: Assist in closing books of accounts and preparing trial balances.
  • Financial Reporting: Help generate client-specific reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to gather required financial data and documents.
  • MIS Reporting: Provide periodic reports and analysis for decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Experience:
  • 6 month to 1 years of experience in accounting.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
