Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can work on diverse projects, and contributes to elevating our design standards.

You will work closely with senior designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive digital experiences across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Execution:

  • Create user-centric, visually appealing UI/UX designs for websites and digital products.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT ,etc

  • Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Participate in design discussions, contribute ideas, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team output.
  • Support the design team with project deliverables, contributing to overall design goals and innovation.

Research & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX principles, and emerging tools/technologies.
  • Conduct research, gather feedback, and apply insights to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects (e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Basic HTML/CSS Understanding (no coding required, just knowledge to communicate with developers).
  • Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into functional, user-friendly designs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
