As a Sales Associate at Caratlane, a Tata Product in Trivandrum, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the jewellery retail sector. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience in jewellery sales or retail sales to meet and exceed sales targets - Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery products - Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales is required - Candidates from Trivandrum are preferred Please note that the store timings are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, with two shift timings available: 10:00 am to 7:30 pm and 11:30 am to 9:00 pm.
