About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Technical Program Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of the Global Maersk Warehouse Management System (MWMS) training program. This role is instrumental in bridging operational execution with system capability, equipping global teams with the knowledge required to deliver and sustain successful MWMS implementations.

You will drive end-to-end ownership of training governance, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Product, Technical Program Management (TPM), Training and Capability Organization (TCO), and frontline Operations to ensure scalable and consistent enablement across regions. Your work will directly reduce implementation risk, improve system adoption, and elevate Maersks warehousing delivery capabilities.
