Role Overview

We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer
who can build and scale both our
web platform (ReactJS)
and
mobile apps (React Native for iOS & Android)
. You'll work closely with our AI/Backend team and play a key role in creating smooth, high-performance, and user-friendly experiences for students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize
    Crackr web application
    using ReactJS.
  • Build, release, and maintain
    iOS and Android apps
    using React Native.
  • Work with backend team to integrate REST APIs / GraphQL endpoints.
  • Implement state management, caching, and offline-first capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product & design team for pixel-perfect UI/UX.
  • Ensure app/web performance, scalability, and security.
  • Debug, test, and deploy new features quickly.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions for web + mobile ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in
    ReactJS
    and
    React Native
    .
  • Experience with
    JavaScript/TypeScript, , REST APIs, and databases
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries
    .
  • Experience with
    mobile deployment (App Store & Google Play)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    UI frameworks
    (Tailwind, Material UI, etc.).
  • Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub).
  • Bonus: Experience with
    FastAPI/Flask, Firebase, AWS, Docker
    .
