Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Toll Supervisor for an on-site, full-time position based in Indore. The Toll Supervisor will oversee daily tolling operations, ensuring smooth traffic flow and compliance with operational standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining accurate transaction records, monitoring equipment functionality, resolving issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating reports for management. The role requires regular communication with staff and management to uphold service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Operational Management: Experience in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and implementing efficient processes.
