About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Creative Ads Manager to lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter (X) Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing campaign strategies to promote our brand and products effectively, with a strong emphasis on creative content development and performance-driven storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter Ads platforms.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and copy that align with the brand's tone and campaign objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling campaign assets.
- Conduct thorough audience and competitor research to inform targeting strategies.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CTR, and other relevant KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay current with trends, best practices, and updates across all major ad platforms.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling skills, especially for short-form ad content.
- Proficiency with ads managers, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and budget management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications.
- Basic design tool knowledge (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Experience with Campaigns, Promotion & Content Writing
