Job Role:
• Make follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding pending claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
• 10 Months 3 years of experience in customer support / call center / client servicing (with proper documents).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
