Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting and selling our products/services in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 10th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Fresher/Experience in field sales or similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
