Job Summary:

The Legal Executive will assist the organization in handling legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing contracts, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

l Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and agreements.

l Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

l Handle legal notices, correspondences, and coordinate with external lawyers on litigation and arbitration matters.

l Maintain and update legal records, case files, and compliance checklists.

l Conduct legal research and provide opinions on various company matters.

l Support in due diligence, audits, and regulatory filings.

l Assist in drafting company policies and corporate governance documents.

l Liaise with government departments, statutory authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.

l Ensure timely renewals of licenses, registrations, and statutory documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

l Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

l 2–5 years of experience in a similar legal role (corporate / in-house / law firm).

l Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.

l Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

l High attention to detail and organizational ability.

l Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
