Job Description – HR Recruiter cum Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Activities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding process: documentation, ID generation, system setup coordination, and induction.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation (offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, etc.).
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and welcome candidates, clients, and visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and emails; redirect them as needed.
  • Maintain visitor register and ensure the front desk area is presentable at all times.
  • Manage courier handling (incoming & outgoing) and track logs.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office administration tasks.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office inventory: stationery, supplies, and housekeeping coordination.
  • Assist management in day-to-day tasks and event coordination.
  • Handle basic vendor coordination and office documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/HR preferred).
  • 2 years+ of experience in recruitment and reception/front desk handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
