Key responsibilities
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Transaction processing: Accurately process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Product and service promotion: Inform customers about new products and services and identify opportunities to refer them to other branch representatives.
- Cash management: Handle cash accurately, reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts, and manage counter stock.
- Compliance and reporting: Adhere to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and security protocols, and maintain transactional records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other tellers and support management with daily tasks.
