We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Data Expert to manage, extract, analyze, and visualize data using Microsoft Excel and other tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data manipulation, reporting, and dashboard creation, enabling business teams to make informed decisions through clear and actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction & Cleaning:

  • Extract data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, reports).

  • Clean, format, and organize raw data for analysis and reporting.

  • Use functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, TEXT, IF statements, etc., for data preparation.

  • Data Analysis & Transformation:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies.

  • Use pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas to summarize and transform data.

  • Automate repetitive data tasks using Excel Macros/VBA (if applicable).

  • Data Presentation & Visualization:

  • Design clear and interactive Excel dashboards and reports.

  • Create charts and graphs to visualize data trends and KPIs.

  • Present data findings to stakeholders in a visually compelling format.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and performance metrics.

  • Document data processes and report templates for consistency and reuse.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.

  • Collaboration & Support:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.

  • Provide Excel support and training to team members when needed.
  • Communicate complex data in a simple and actionable way.

Preferred Candidate -

  • Knowledge of business operations, finance, sales, or marketing data.
  • Familiarity with automation or reporting tools.
  • Proven experience as an Excel Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or similar role.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

  • Pivot Tables

  • Power Query
  • Advanced Formulas & Functions
  • Charts & Conditional Formatting
  • Data Validation

  • (Optional) VBA & Macros

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
