Architectural Drafter

Qualification : Diploma

Experience : 3 to 6 yrs and above.

Job description :

  • Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel
  • Work in collaboration with the team of Architects
  • Should be able to prepare detailed working drawings & BMC drawings within timelines
  • Coordinate and verify architectural, structural and MEP drawings
  • Preparation of BOQ
  • Responsible for drawings based on site measurements
  • To prepare presentation drawings
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, 3DSMAX, Google Sketchup is an added advantage

Required Candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 6 years of relevant experience
  • Qualification: Diploma
  • Knowledge of DCR 2034
  • Concise and clear communication
  • Extremely reliable, adheres to deadline
