  • Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a positive experience 
     
  • Sales: Process payments, take orders, and help customers make purchases 
     
  • Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and place orders 
     
  • Cleanliness: Keep the counter and showroom clean and organized 
     
  • Communication: Collaborate with other team members and communicate operation details 
     
  • Follow up: Follow up on orders to prevent delays 
     
  • Reporting: Report complaints or operation issues to management 
     
  • Opening and closing: Participate in opening and closing duties
