Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Travel Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Business Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and arranging corporate travel needs, providing travel consulting services, handling car rentals, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role involves coordinating travel plans, making reservations, and offering travel advice to ensure client satisfaction and cost-effective travel arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Car Rental services
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple travel arrangements and provide solutions promptly
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in travel management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
