Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal/Senior Statistical Programmer located in Bengaluru South. The Principal/Senior Statistical Programmer will be responsible for developing, testing, and validating statistical programs for clinical trials, working with clinical trial data, creating and maintaining statistical programming documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with statisticians, data managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality programming solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS and R
  • Experience in developing, testing, and validating statistical programs for clinical trials
  • Understanding of clinical trial data and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
