Assistant Manager

Recruitment and Onboarding, Probationer assessment and Confirmation process Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs. InductionProbationer progress Confirmation.

Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support management in resolving employee issues and conflicts. Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.

Performance Management:Help implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in conducting performance reviews. Assist in developing performance improvement plans as needed. Training and Development:Identify training needs and assist in the development and delivery of training programs.

Support initiatives that promote employee development and career growth. HR Policies and Compliance:Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. HR Administration:Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and reporting. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and metrics.

HR Projects:Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR processes and programs. Should be Conversant with MS Tools – Excel, PPT and Word
