Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Zero 2 One Marketing. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker with a strong portfolio, capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality, visually stunning designs. You will collaborate with our marketing team and clients to create engaging graphics that align with brand identities and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of visual assets, including digital graphics, print materials, social media content, website visuals, and branding collateral.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge output.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign visuals.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills, demonstrated through past work or portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with tools like Coral draw, canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience creating assets for both digital (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print (brochures, posters, packaging) formats.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to adapt to different brand styles and client needs while maintaining a high level of creativity.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality design work is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and how design impacts campaign performance.
