Role & responsibilities :

  • Strong in follow-ups and proactive coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain communication logs and ensure proper documentation of customer and sales interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between the Techno Marketing team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of sales-related issues.
  • Track and manage Techno Marketing team queries, ensuring all escalations are addressed and closed within defined timelines.
  • Handle customer support coordination, including follow-ups on service requests, complaints, and feedback resolution with concerned teams.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Techno Marketing team, Digitisation Team, Data Management Team, Sales Trade, Accounts for task completion aligned with customer and sales needs.
  • Manage calls and correspondence, prioritizing sales-related and customer queries.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively, handling multiple responsibilities with efficiency.
