Role Overview

We're seeking passionate and ambitious Sales Executive Interns to join our Commercial Real Estate division. This internship offers hands-on experience in high-value real estate transactions, client relationship management, and digital sales processes in the rapidly growing proptech space.

You'll work closely with senior advisors to identify commercial opportunities, engage with corporate clients, and drive lead conversions through RiVirtual's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads in commercial real estate (offices, retail, warehouses, co-working, etc.).
  • Assist senior sales advisors with client presentations, property tours, and negotiations.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Conduct market research on rental trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance listings, campaigns, and client outreach.
  • Prepare reports and proposals for corporate clients and investors.

Who You Are

  • A self-driven communicator with strong interest in sales and commercial real estate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiar with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, LinkedIn).
  • Background in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
