Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Designer with at least 3 years of experience to help us elevate our brand's visual identity across various platforms. This role will involve designing compelling and creative assets that align with our aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You'll work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to craft visuals that capture the attention of our audience and communicate the essence of Love Pangolin's message.

Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and create visuals for various marketing channels, including social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and print. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity and vision. Design promotional materials, ads, banners, website graphics, and other digital assets to engage our audience.

Contribute to the creation of seasonal collections, product launches, and limited-edition campaigns through innovative design solutions. Maintain and evolve the visual style guide to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Work closely with the content team to develop visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging content for social media platforms.

Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality of work produced. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related field (preferably with a fashion or lifestyle brand).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital, print, and social media assets. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other industry-standard software. Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms, including website design, product photography, and digital ads. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
