Overview: As a Fashion Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the fashion team in various tasks related to trend analysis, sample coordination, and organizational activities. Your ability to multitask and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the fashion department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sample coordination and management, including tracking and organizing samples.
  • Support the team in trend research, analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery and receipt of samples and materials.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining department records.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of photo shoots, runway shows, and fashion events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in creating and updating product line sheets, catalogs, and lookbooks.
  • Provide general support to the fashion team in day-to-day activities and special projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, stylists, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in creating visual merchandising displays and maintaining the visual aesthetic of the brand.
  • Contribute to social media content creation and monitoring of fashion trends.
  • Assist in coordinating and communicating with models, photographers, and other external partners.
  • Support the team in maintaining product and trend databases and conducting regular updates.
  • Handle communications and follow-ups with external partners and agencies.
