We are seeking a qualified and compassionate MD/DA/DNB Anesthetist specialized in Anesthesia & Critical Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assessing and managing critically ill patients in ICU/MICU, Critical Care units, and Operation Theatres (OT), providing advanced medical care and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage critically ill patients in ICU/MICU, Critical Care units, and Operation Theatres.
  • Provide advanced anesthesia care and critical care management for complex medical and surgical cases.
  • Diagnose and treat complex medical conditions related to anesthesia and critical care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in departmental audits, protocol development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in anesthesia and critical care practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma in Anesthesia (DA) with specialization in General Anesthesia & Critical Care or MD/DNB in Anesthesia.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience in anesthesia and critical care.
  • Strong clinical acumen with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
