Junior Counsellor

About the role:

Support senior counselors in delivering routine counseling services, follow-ups, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone building a counseling career — you'll assist in sessions, conduct preliminary assessments, and maintain client follow-up logs.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist senior counselors during sessions and workshops.
• Conduct initial intake interviews and basic assessments.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and check-in with clients.
• Manage client records and session documentation.
• Support career guidance events and group counseling activities.

Location: On-site

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Required qualifications & skills:

• Graduate with good communication skills.
• Empathy, patience and organized documentation habits.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

• Short-term counseling training or internship experience.

Experience: 2+ years (internships + work experience considered).

• Timely follow-ups and organized records; positive feedback from senior counselors.
