The company manages more than 2500 ha of area, producing and marketing over 10,000 tons of Fin Fish annually. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EXIM Manager based in Vishakhapatnam. The EXIM Manager will be responsible for managing all import-export operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating with suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, handling logistics, and preparing necessary documentation. Additionally, the role requires monitoring market trends and minimizing export-import risks. 

Qualifications

• Experience in import-export operations, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations
• Strong understanding of developing and implementing trade policies and procedures
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with suppliers and customers
• Proficiency in preparing and managing trade documentation
• Ability to monitor market trends and mitigate export-import risks
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and trade management tools
• Prior experience in the aquaculture or food processing industry is a plus
