CNConfiguration Advisor

Looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in System Administration to join our team as a Configuration Advisor. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with proven knowledge of Microsoft SCCM including deployment, expansion, installation, management, monitoring, and administration.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and deliver Windows-based services, including day-to-day routine tasks such as OS check, required services check, events, application deployment, patch deployment, and OS deployment & monitoring.
• Handle issues with medium complexity, ensuring SLAs are met and there are no customer complaints.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and handle technical escalations.
• Install, configure, and administer SCCM and services on Windows SCCM server systems.
• Generate and publish weekly and monthly reports, and plan, execute, and report availability, MIS, performance, and capacity management of SCCM infrastructure.
• Diagnose performance issues on SCCM using Windows diagnostic tools.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Administration with good hands-on experience on the Windows Platform with 2003/2008/2012/2016 operating systems.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft SCCM including deployment, expansion, installation, management, monitoring, and administration.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in enterprise-level security patch management, technical patching using tools like WSUS, SCCM, and troubleshooting deployment queues and performance issues on SCCM.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures, and identifies and highlights the scope of automation to lead or managers.
• Strong understanding of system administration principles, including configuration management, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery.
