Office Administrator/Receptionist

- Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Previous experience in front desk, administration, or facility management preferred.
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, Excel, etc.).
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently during night hours.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the co-working space during night hours and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client check-ins/check-outs and assist with workspace access.
- Monitor premises and ensure security and cleanliness are maintained.
- Manage front desk duties: attending calls, responding to client inquiries, and recording visitor details.
- Maintain daily reports for occupancy, attendance, and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams for any urgent needs.
- Ensure all office equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Report any incidents, technical issues, or emergencies to management immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
