  • Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
  • Previous experience in front desk, administration, or facility management preferred.
  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, Excel, etc.).
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently during night hours.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the co-working space during night hours and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle client check-ins/check-outs and assist with workspace access.
  • Monitor premises and ensure security and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Manage front desk duties: attending calls, responding to client inquiries, and recording visitor details.
  • Maintain daily reports for occupancy, attendance, and maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams for any urgent needs.
  • Ensure all office equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Report any incidents, technical issues, or emergencies to management immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
