Portfolio & performance Analysis - Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Portfolio Analysis team to partner with the Business.

As a Portfolio & Performance Analysis - Associate within the AM PAG team, you will help manage the global GIPS composite process from a day-to-day perspective. You will partner with Technology, Compliance, Controls, and Global PAG to implement strategic solutions on various aspects of GIPS standards. You will ensure the team runs as a Centre of Excellence, drawing synergies and a globally consistent approach to bring efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

• Running Composite COE with high operational standards
• Keeping abreast with changes in GIPS standards and application thereof
• Timely and accurate publication of GIPS presentations
• Help manage external verification of composites.
• Providing various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed by clients.
• Assisting in developing strategic solutions and defining PAG business requirements
• Participating in UAT and Production testing as needed
• Keeping a risk and control mindset
• Getting involved with regulatory or controls deliverables and supporting other ad hoc projects as needed.
• Identifying the project scope and key milestones, researching background, assessing risks, and designing test procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 8 years of work experience
• Acquainted with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document and communicate complex, at times quantitative, business requirements and business analysis to our technology counterparts.
• Ability to work well on a global integrated team.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Preferably CFA, CIPM.
