Position: Administration Support (For UK Client)
Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
Time: UK Shift Timing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to UK-based administrative staff by troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues.
- Communicate effectively via email, chat, and calls to deliver prompt assistance.
- Accurately update and maintain records on the company's online portals and systems.
- Collaborate with the UK operations team to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
- Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
- Adhere to operational procedures and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools or portals.
- Willingness to work during UK business hours (afternoon to night shift in India).
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or back-office support is advantageous (training will be provided).
