Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Junior Architect to assist in the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing software systems. This is a growth-focused role suited for developers who are transitioning into architectural responsibilities and are passionate about system performance, infrastructure, and modern software design practices. Understanding of DevOps, databases, and low-code/no-code tools will be considered a strong plus.

Requirements – Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Understanding of software architecture patterns and microservices.
  • Proficiency in Java and RESTful APIs; exposure to Spring Boot is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases; ability to write optimized queries and troubleshoot database issues.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization techniques.
  • Basic experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • Exposure to or interest in low-code/no-code platforms such as Joget is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and documentation of scalable system architectures.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and technical teams on architectural decisions.
  • Review code for adherence to architecture guidelines and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify and help resolve performance bottlenecks across applications and databases.
  • Contribute to DevOps workflows including containerization, deployments, and monitoring.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept and prototyping activities using both traditional and low-code tools.
