Im currently hiring for the position of Sr. Engineer or AM - Planning with a leading Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Industrial Contracting company headquartered in Pune .
The role is based at ( Maharashtra OR Gujarat OR MP ).
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity sequencing.
Prepare baseline programs and update progress schedules regularly.
Monitoring & Progress Tracking
Track project execution against planned timelines.
Monitor site progress, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with site teams to gather daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
Resource & Cost Planning
Estimate manpower, material, equipment, and financial requirements.
Monitor resource allocation and utilization to ensure efficiency.
Assist in cost control by comparing planned vs. actual expenditures.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present periodic project status reports to management and clients.
Maintain updated records of progress, delays, and changes.
Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions with proper documentation.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution.
Facilitate communication between planning and execution teams.
Assist in resolving planning-related issues on site
Preferred candidate profile
Some one who is having minimum 3 to 4 Years of experience in Planning for Industrial Projects are preferred.
