Workfront Developer Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Workfront Expertise

  • Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront platform, including user management, permissions, and system configurations.

  • Develop and implement workflows, templates, and custom reports to support work management processes.
  • Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and templates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Workfront and FUSION integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Adobe Workfront.
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Workfront and FUSION features and best practices.
  • Interface with the client key contact to identify business problems and opportunities to enhance the Adobe Workfront platform.

  • Integrate Adobe Workfront with other systems and applications using Adobe FUSION.

  • Thought Leadership

  • Help our clients define solutions, integration points, and overall implementation within the Adobe Workfront tool.

  • Ability to quickly identify and implement best practices and patterns required for Fusion implementations. Ability to identify alternative and creative implementation approaches for complex client use cases.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience developing and implementing Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with technical peers and business stakeholders across various workstreams.
  • Detailed and process oriented. The position requires an excellent grasp of complex and often-changing requirements.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and leading Workfront engagements.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • Experience and familiarity with all of the Adobe Workfront out-of-the-box integrations, connectors, and services

  • Experience with Workfront administration and configuration

  • Experience leading Workfront discoveries and business process transformation for large clients
  • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud products and integrations into workfront (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, AEP,etc)
