Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, build, and scale applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into highly performant and secure applications with clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development
  • Build modern, responsive UIs using with Tailwind CSS and ShadCN/Radix UI.
  • Implement reusable components and state management (Redux, TanStack Query, React Hook Form).
  • Ensure excellent performance, SEO, and accessibility across devices.
  • Backend Development
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices with NestJS.
  • Work with Prisma ORM and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
  • Handle integrations with external services (Zoho, Tally, YouTube, Google APIs, etc.).
  • Real-Time Systems
  • Work with MQTT, WebRTC, and WebSockets for live communication, IoT, and streaming applications.
  • Optimize performance for low-latency audio/video and IoT signaling.
  • DevOps & Cloud
  • Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean.
  • Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana).
  • Optimize application security, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and system design discussions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in , TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS and Prisma ORM.
  • Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with real-time communication (MQTT, WebRTC, WebSockets).
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL, third-party APIs).
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/DigitalOcean).
  • Good understanding of authentication & authorization mechanisms (RBAC, OAuth, JWT).
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex workflows and business logic.

Good to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML integration (LLMs, RAG, embeddings).
  • Exposure to financial/CRM integrations (Zoho, Tally).
  • Background in video streaming systems (RTMP, SFU, Janus, Mux).
  • Knowledge of IoT protocols and embedded systems (ESP32/Arduino).
  • Contribution to open-source projects.
