Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream is required.
  • Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in the specified processes or departments are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in all shifts, including night shifts.

Skill Sets:

  1. Accounts Executive

  2. Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

  3. Handling invoicing, vendor payments, and account reconciliation.

  4. Pricing Analyst (Shipping/Logistics)

  5. Experience preparing rates and quotations for FCL, LCL, and Air Freight shipments.

  6. Analyzing carrier and vendor rates and maintaining pricing sheets.
  7. Coordinating with shipping lines and internal teams to ensure pricing and margin accuracy.

  8. Applying INCOTERMS, surcharges, and pricing components correctly.

  9. Customer Experience (Documentation Executive)

  10. Experience in import/export documentation.

  11. Knowledge of LCL, FCL, Bill of Lading, and Shipping line procedures.
