Position: Surveillance Assistant

Department: Security

Location: Malappuram-Thiruvali

Job Summary

The Surveillance Assistant is responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, and assets. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents, and assisting the security team in maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and live surveillance feeds throughout the premises.
  • Identify and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.
  • Maintain proper logs of daily surveillance activities and incidents.
  • Assist in reviewing CCTV footage when required for investigations.
  • Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with the security team during emergencies or incidents.
  • Follow company protocols, security guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Support overall safety and loss-prevention initiatives of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma.
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
