HR & Admin Executive

Job Description:
A very responsible multi-tasking, multi-faceted role in a well-established organisation in Juhu and so we would prefer the candidate to not be far away and who can join at very short notice.
The profile is mostly for administrative duties and very less of HR/ Recruitment role so candidates with administrative experience will be preferred. Main responsibilities are listed below -
1. Recruitment.
Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, promotions, attrition, appraisals, exit formalities etc.
2. HR.
Policies, Attendance, leaves, salary processing, payouts etc.
3. Operational and supervisory roles.
Regular reports to various departments, Stock checking and variances, HOD report verification, Departmental checks and balances etc.
4. Executive assistant.
Managing agenda and schedule for company Directors and Executive. Emails and other correspondence. Organise calls, meetings, messages and other communication. Personal database of accounts and other information.
5. Administrative assistant.
Basic liaison for licenses and other statutory requirements. Office administration, email correspondence, stationary, maintenance, data management and documents filing etc.
