Algo Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and result-driven Algo Strategist with a strong track record in developing and executing profitable strategies, primarily focused on Indian indices such as NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, and others. The ideal candidate brings a blend of market understanding, analytical thinking, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement algorithmic trading strategies for Indian indices
• Monitor strategy performance and fine-tune for consistent results
• Generate new ideas based on market behavior, data analysis, and statistical patterns
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution and risk management
• Maintain detailed records of strategy logic, performance, and outcomes
• Stay updated with market trends, exchange developments, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in algo strategy development and deployment
• Proven track record of successful strategies in Indian index trading
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of strategy lifecycle
• Solid understanding of Indian equity and derivatives markets
