Join the Trading Engineering organization, responsible for Eqlipse trading product development, and supporting the NASDAQ US market 23x5 operation next year. Nasdaq is a leading global provider of trading, clearing, exchange technology, listing, information, and public company services. Its technology powers more than 100 marketplaces in 50 countries.

Role Responsibilities -

As a Java Developer, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. 2 years of experience in Software Engineering using Java, maven and git.

  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and shell scripts.

In unison with our hybrid working arrangement - some flexibility regarding working arrangements will be required. From time to time, you will be required to join calls with overseas working

  • teams or customers that may be outside of the regular core working hours.

  • Help maintain code quality and structure.

It would be great if you have

  • Experience in building and deploying containers.

  • Experience with financial exchange protocols (FIX/ITCH/OUCH) is nice to have.
