Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Team Lead with a strong background in full stack technologies including ReactJS, , and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, driving projects to successful completion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Team Lead, you will not only be responsible for hands-on development work, but also for mentoring and guiding a team of developers while reporting directly to the company CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of skilled developers, fostering collaboration, growth, and a culture of innovation.

Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and priorities.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable full stack applications using ReactJS, , python,Flutter, android , ios application development and other relevant technologies.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Take ownership of technical decisions, ensuring alignment with the company's architecture and technology stack.

Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to foster continuous improvement.

Manage the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the team's skill set and project strategies.

Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Communicate project status, risks, and potential roadblocks to the CEO and other stakeholders.

Balance hands-on development work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team's productivity and project milestones are met.

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions and decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience 4 to 5 years in full stack web development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and

Previous experience of 4 years in a technical leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end and back-end technologies.

experience with version control systems, particularlyStrong Git and GitHub.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
