Associate Software Architect

Capillary is looking for a seasoned
full-stack Architect/Lead
with expertise in
javascript frameworks/libs , etc)
to lead and drive the front-end architecture for scalable web applications. This role will involve designing, creating, and scaling
microfrontend architectures

UI component libraries

As an Associate Software Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to create high-quality, efficient, and scalable front-end solutions that align with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable front-end systems
  using cutting-edge frontend technologies.
• Lead the
  design and implementation of Microfrontends
  , ensuring they are modular, scalable, and maintainable.
• Build and maintain
  reusable UI component libraries
  that can be leveraged across multiple products and platforms.
• Develop high-performance API microservices
  , ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Create strategies for
  front-end performance optimization
  to ensure a seamless user experience across web applications.
• Collaborate with backend architects and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment pipelines.
• Define and establish
  best practices in UI/UX design
  , ensuring the user interface is intuitive and optimized for performance.
• Conduct
  code reviews
  , provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high-quality code and foster team development.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously evolve the architecture.
• Work with product and design teams to align architecture and component strategy with the overall product vision.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience
  in
  UI development
  , with a strong focus on any of the JS framework/lib like

• Proven expertise in
  UI components architecture design
  and the ability to create scalable, modular, and reusable components.
• Strong knowledge of
  Microfrontend architectures
  and implementation strategies.
• Experience in building
  API microservices
  with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Proficiency in
  JavaScript
  ,
  ES6+
  ,
  HTML5
  ,
  CSS3
  , and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with
  state management libraries
  (e.g., Redux, MobX) and
  RESTful APIs
  .
• Understanding of
  CI/CD pipelines

  containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  , and deployment strategies.

Solid knowledge of
cross-browser compatibility issues
