Work Location Hyderabad / Bangalore Mode of Work (Remote/On-site/Hybrid) WFO/ 3 Days Hybrid Mode Mandatory Notice Period/ Start Date Flexibility 15 Days (Serving notice) On-site feasibility (work abroad) No Interview Rounds L1 - Internal Technical (Virtual/F2F) depends L2 - Client Round (Virtual) - 2 rounds HR Interview Panel Time slots Flexible Office Time 10am-7pm and 4pm -2am Weekend Drives Salaries paid on Last working day of the month Must/Good to Have Details Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Strong understanding of ITOM and ITSM concepts, processes, and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as Glide and Jelly. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Good to have Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with AngularJS. ServiceNow certification(s) in ITOM and/or ITSM preferred. Key role and responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules to meet business requirements. Configure and customize ITOM and ITSM workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to optimize functionality and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and prioritize enhancements and new features. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to automate processes and data exchange. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ITOM and ITSM solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ITOM and ITSM implementations, including incident resolution and performance tuning. Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends related to ITOM and ITSM.
