*Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with regional branches and local offices for mutual fund sales.
  • Take full accountability for sales performance within the assigned location.
  • Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, references, and open market activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to promote mutual fund products.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for targeted scheme sales as identified by the business team.
  • Organize and manage Investor Awareness Programs to enhance product knowledge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term relationship building.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Develop and strengthen sales channels and networking for enhanced reach.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal sales processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and business development skills in the AMC / Mutual Fund industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
  • Thorough understanding of mutual fund products, regulatory frameworks, and taxation laws.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience within the AMC / Mutual Fund industry.
  • NISM V-A certification is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills.
