Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional expert in Oracle Order Management Cloud, providing implementation and support services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle Order Management to align with business needs and ensure smooth process flows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across other modules.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and Oracle product updates to deliver optimal configurations.
  • Support end-users with training, issue resolution, and functional documentation.
  • Provide insights and support during testing phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Deep functional understanding of Oracle SCM modules
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Oracle SaaS applications
  • Experience with EPM Oracle SaaS
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
  • Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for reporting and dashboards

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
