Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Design and deliver user interface assets (layouts, graphics, icons) for web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Maintain and improve existing UI/UX elements based on feedback and analytics
  • Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all products
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines.
