Role & responsibilities :

  • Administer monitor and maintain MS SQL database to ensure high performance and availability
  • Perform regular database maintenance, performance tuning and optimization tasks Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data
  • Support high availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • Enforce database security policies and manage user access controls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and incidents promptly
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline database operations
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for database related requirements
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to database configurations and procedures
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and project teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification
  • BE IT or CS B Tech MCA
  • 5-10 years of DBA experience. 5 years of relevant exp in MS SQL DBA is must.
  • Experience in IT projects in Finance sector is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Elastic and MongoDB will be an added advantage.
