Position: Solution Consultant

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Years of experience: 12+(minimum 7+ years into banking industry)

Pre Sales & Solutions Manager
- VP role One senior profile at the VP level to lead relationships with key banks in Australia and drive business growth. Role Expectations: Build and deepen relationships with the top four banks (
Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks
).

Understand and sell across three business lines:
Transaction Banking, Consumer Banking
, with a focus on Transaction banking Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean team structure. Strong understanding of banking and technology, preferably with a background in selling banking technology solutions (e.g.,
payments, cash management, supply chain finance,
etc.).

We are seeking an experienced Presales and Solution Manager with
10+ years
of experience in the banking or fintech industry, who can effectively bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client needs.

The ideal candidate should:

● Have hands-on experience in core banking, transaction banking, payments, lending, or liquidity management solutions.

● Own the end-to-end presales lifecycle – from requirements gathering, RFP/RFI response, solution design, and demo preparation to stakeholder presentations.

● Work closely with sales teams, product owners, and delivery teams to build tailored client solutions.

● Be capable of building custom presentations, functional flows, and solution architectures for banking clients.

● Possess strong client-facing skills and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.

● Have experience in creating business value stories, value propositions, and proposal documents.

● Be proactive in supporting new business development and account expansion opportunities.
