Job Description:

We are looking for a
Java Backend Developer
with strong hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. The candidate should have a solid understanding of backend frameworks, databases, and deployment practices, along with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain
    Java-based backend applications
    .
  • Build and optimize
    RESTful APIs and microservices
    for high performance and scalability.
  • Integrate applications with
    databases (SQL/NoSQL)
    and external systems.
  • Work closely with front-end developers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure
    best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    and contribute to improving development standards.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
    .
  • Experience in
    REST API development
    and
    Microservices Architecture
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    Databases
    – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with
    Hibernate/JPA
    for ORM.
  • Understanding of
    CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle
    .
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    is a plus.
  • Knowledge of
    Docker/Kubernetes
    will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum
    3–4 years
    of relevant backend development experience.
  • Ability to work
    onsite at Okhla NSIC
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Immediate joiners only
    will be given preference.
